Standard
Normale integraties zijn Standard meestal* beschikbaar binnen de Go Communicator client en installatie kan door de wederverkoper/eindgebruiker met behulp van de meegeleverde add-in worden voltooid. Standard integraties gebruiken open API's of profiteren van partnerovereenkomsten met de zakelijke toepassingsontwikkelaar en het is de verwachting dat toekomstige uitgaven zullen worden gehandhaafd. Ondersteunde integratiefuncties zijn in onderstaande tabel gegeven.
*In sommige gevallen waar Go Communicator extra kosten in rekening brengt of andere uitzonderlijke voorwaarden van toepassing zijn, kan een ontgrendelingscode vereist zijn om de integratie mogelijk te maken.

Controlled
Controlled Integraties worden doorgaans op klantprojectbasis geleverd en een beperkte overeenkomst of geen overeenkomst wordt met de ontwikkelaar van de toepassing onderhouden en ondersteuning voor toekomstige releases is mogelijk niet beschikbaar. De integratie add-in is standaard niet beschikbaar binnen de Go Communicator client en moet worden ingeschakeld door de Go Communicator ontwikkelaar ten tijde van de installatie. Ondersteunde integratiefuncties zijn in onderstaande tabel gegeven.

Standard Pre-Release
De integratie is helaas nog niet beschikbaar in de huidige versie van uw software. Neemt U a.u.b. contact op met uw telecom leverancier als u direct wilt beschikken over deze nieuwe integratie.

Standaard select
De classificatie Standaard-Select is van toepassing op integratie waar eventueel aanvullende voorwaarden voor gelden en/of extra kosten voor zullen worden berekend. De integratie kan alleen worden voltooid door een geautoriseerde expert (Select Installer). Eenmaal geïnstalleerd profiteren select integratie precies dezelfde ondersteuning als onze standaard integratie.

Legacy
De classificatie genaamd Legacy is van toepassing op integraties waarbij de ondersteuning is stopgezet door de applicatiebouwer. Om toegang te krijgen tot de integratie moet u beschikken over een ontgrendel code. Dit is vereist om de integratie in de Go Communicator client te configureren, het is belangrijk om te weten dat er een beperkt ondersteuning beschikbaar zal zijn (geen SLA).

Standard
Standard integrations are typically* available by default within the Go Communicator client and installation can be completed by the reseller / end user using the add-in guide provided. Standard integrations use open APIs or benefit from partner agreements with the business application developer and it is expected that support for future releases will be maintained. Supported integration features are given in the table below.
*In some instances, where additional Go Communicator charges or other exceptional conditions apply an unlock code may be required to enable the integration.

Controlled
Controlled integrations have typically been provided on a customer project basis and either a limited agreement or no agreement is maintained with the application developer and support for future releases might not be available. The integration add-in is not available by default within the Go Communicator client and must be enabled by the Go Communicator developer at the time of installation. Supported integration features are given in the table below.

Standard Pre-Release
Completed integrations not yet available in the current production release of the software. Please contact your supplier if you have an immediate need of this integration.

Standard Select
The Standard-Select classification applies to Add-ins where additional conditions and costs must be met before installation can be undertaken. Installation can only be completed by an authorised installer (Select Installer). Once installed, Standard-Select Add-ins benefit from the same levels of support as Standard Add-ins.

Legacy
The Legacy classification applies to Add-ins for business applications where support has been discontinued by the application developer. An unlock code is required to configure the Add-in in the Go Communicator client and a limited, non-SLA support level only is available.

Standard
Les intégrations Standard sont généralement* inclus par défaut dans le client Go Communicator et l'installation peut être effectuée par le revendeur/utilisateur final à l'aide du guide de l'add-in fournis. Les intégrations standard utilisent des API ouvertes ou bénéficient d’accords de partenariat avec le développeur d’applications commerciales et les futures versions devraient donc être prises en charge. Les fonctionnalités d'intégration prises en charge sont indiquées dans le tableau ci-dessous.
*Dans certains cas, lorsque des frais Go Communicator supplémentaire ou certains conditions exceptionnelles s'appliquent, un code de déverrouillage peut être ncessaire pour activer l'intégration.

Controlled
Les intégrations Controlled sont généralement fournies en fonction d'un projet client et il est possible qu'un accord limité ou qu'aucun accord ne soit assuré avec le développeur de l'application, ce qui veut dire que le support des futures versions peut ne pas être disponible. L'add-in d'intégration n'est pas disponible par défaut dans le client Go Communicator et doit être activé par le développeur de la marque au moment de l'installation. Les fonctionnalités d'intégration prises en charge sont indiquées dans le tableau ci-dessous.

Version standard préliminaire
Les intégrations terminées ne sont pas encore disponibles dans la version de production actuelle du logiciel. Veuillez contacter votre fournisseur si vous avez besoin d’une intégration immédiate.

Standard Select
La classification Standard Select s’applique aux add-in pour lesquels des conditions et des couts supplémentaires doivent être remplis avant l’installation. Celle-ci ne peut être effectuée que par un installateur agréé (installateur sélectionné). Une fois installés, les add-in Standard Select bénéficient du même niveau de prise en charge que les add-in standard.

Legacy
La classification Legacy s’applique aux add-in des applications métiers dont la prise en charge a été suspendue par le développeur de l’application. Un code de déverrouillage est requis pour configurer l’add-in dans le client Go Communicator et un niveau de prise en charge non SLA est disponible.
